Venison Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground venison
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh broccoli
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 finely chopped clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pat into patties.
    Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until desired.
