Impossible Mexican Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion in skillet until beef browns, then drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix.
    Spread beef mixture in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies and cheese.
    Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
