Butterhorn Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 cake yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening or margarine
    1 c. warm milk
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and sugar together.
    Mix eggs, sugar, yeast mixture and shortening together.
    Knead with flour, adding milk gradually. Let rise about 1 hour.
    Knead down again.
    Roll out into a circle.
    Cut in triangles from center to edge.
    Roll up.
    Place on pans and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
    Check from time to time to see that bottoms aren't burning.
