Spanish Style Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. finely chpoped onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Combine tomato sauce, water, onion, green pepper, butter, salt, sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan.
    Cover and bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir with a fork.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups or 4 servings.
