Lemon Cake Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (1 lemon)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar and salt.
    Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Pour into 1 quart baking dish.
    Set in pan of hot water (1 inch deep).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream or Cool Whip.
