English Muffin Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    cornmeal
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast, 3 cups flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Heat milk and water to 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
    Add to first ingredients, mix well, then add additional 2 cups of flour.
    Pour into 2 glass bread pans that have been sprayed with pan and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Sprinkle cornmeal on top and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
    Bake in microwave for 6 minutes, no longer, than 6 1/2 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes.
    Eat fresh or toast.
