Miss Clara'S Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned milk
4 eggs
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and corn meal.
Add eggs and continue beating.
Add milk and vanilla.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 450\u00b0 until beginning to brown.
Reduce heat and bake at 250\u00b0 until set.
