Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium baked potatoes
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 c. hot milk
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. chives
Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Cut slice from top of each.
Scoop out insides; mash well with fork or potato masher.
Add butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, milk, onion and chives.
Beat until fluffy. Pile lightly into shells.
Sprinkle tops with grated cheese.
Bake for 5 to 8 minutes to brown lightly.
Makes 4 servings.
