Quick Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
salt to taste
2 c. water

Preparation

Brown rice in oil.
Add other ingredients and bring to boil. Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand about 5 to 10 minutes, then fluff rice.
