Crabmeat Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat
    1 pkg. (1 Tbsp.) gelatin
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    6 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain crabmeat.
    Save juice.
    Add water to juice to make 3 tablespoons.
    Dissolve gelatin in this.
    Heat undiluted soup.
    Cut up cream cheese and add to soup along with gelatin mixture. Remove from heat and stir until cheese is melted.
    Beat smooth. Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
    Put into a 4-cup mold and refrigerate until firm.
