Omelet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread (Pepperidge Farm)
    8 slices American cheese
    8 slices boiled ham
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard (or more)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove bread crusts.
    Make 8 (buttered on outside) ham and cheese sandwiches.
    Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over sandwiches.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    In morning, cover with 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/3 cup melted butter.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
