Quick Black Bean Mexican Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2-15 ounce can black beans
    1 cup water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
    1 TBL cumin
    2 TBL lime juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pour olive oil into soup pot and saute onion for 2 minutes over medium heat. Add garlic, jalapeno and tomatoes sauteing for another 2 minutes. Add beans with juice, water and bouillon and spices.
    Simmer.
