Cranberry-Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peeled and cored apples, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 c. whole, raw cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecan or walnuts
1/2 c. (1 stick) melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine apples, cranberries, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix well and place in a 2-quart casserole.
Mix remaining ingredients and place on top of apple mixture.
Bake for about 1 hour until bubbly and slightly brown.
