Chocolate Layered Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine chocolate chips, cream cheese and evaporated milk in saucepan.
    Melt over low heat.
    Stir in walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon almond extract; set aside.
    In mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients with fork; mixture will be coarse (crumbs).
    Press half of the crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Spread chocolate mixture over this, then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the top of the chocolate filling.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
