Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 carton cottage cheese (small curd, low-fat)
Preparation
    Put cottage cheese into bowl.
    Sprinkle dry Jell-O over it and stir.
    Add drained fruit.
    Fold into whipped topping.
    Place in fancy bowl.
    Easy.
