Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. soda (dissolved in cream)
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 c. banana pulp
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Fold in sour cream mixture, add banana pulp.
    Stir and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bake in well-greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
