Banana Oat Bran Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 large)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. oil
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. skim milk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. oat bran (uncooked)
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly spray loaf pan with nonstick spray.
    Combine bananas, sugar, oil, egg whites and milk; mix well.
    Add combined flour, oat bran, baking powder and baking soda; mix until moistened.
    Pour into loaf pan.
    Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
    One sixteenth of loaf contains 130 calories and 4 grams fat.
