Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    salt and pepper
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast; put roast in pan with 1 cup water. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Cook until all water is evaporated.
    Turn and add 1 cup water.
    Let cook 30 minutes more.
    Turn fire out. Use brown gravy in bottom of pan to go over rice.
