Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. finely grated zucchini squash (unpeeled)
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix squash, sugar and eggs well.
    Add oil and sifted dry ingredients.
    Add lemon juice and nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
