Delicious Millet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. millet
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
1/2 c. toasted almonds (can be chopped)
3/4 c. pitted dates, chopped
raisins, apricots and other dried fruit to taste (optional)
Preparation

Combine the millet, water and salt in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer.
Just before serving, stir in coconut, almonds and dates.
Makes 4 servings.
