Teriyaki Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground sirloin, chuck or hamburger
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. crushed ginger
    1/2 c. water
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Combine ground meat with rest of ingredients.
    Form in tiny balls, 1-inch across.
    Place in large roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes about 100 meatballs.
