Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise (I use light)
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. milk (I use skim)
    1 c. diced ham
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    1 c. shredded Swiss
Preparation
    Bake a 9-inch deep dish pastry at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Remove and prick; bake 5 more minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients well, then add the next 3.
    Pour into precooked pastry and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes or until set.
