Pantry-Shelf Clam Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 small chopped onion
    1 minced clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. leaf basil
    1 (7 oz.) can minced clams and liquid
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 lb. cooked linguine
Preparation
    This is great when you want something in no time.
