Rice And Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked shrimp
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    3 c. cool cooked rice (for golden color, cook in chicken broth)
    1/2 c. sweet pickles, finely chopped or sweet pickle relish
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. pimentos, diced
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
    Season to taste. Chill.
    Serve on salad greens.
    Garnish with tomato wedges. Great summertime dish.
