Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 egg white, lightly beaten
    3 eggs
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    dash of salt
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    With a pastry brush, brush inside of pie shell with egg white. Let dry at room temperature at least 1 hour.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
