Snow Peas With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    6 oz. pkg. frozen pea pods
    4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch and bouillon; set aside. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet; add almonds.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, drained.
    Stir in cornstarch mixture.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 or 2 more minutes.
    Serves 4.
