Sandy'S Snapper Scandinavian(I Had It In Denmark - Delicious!!!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. red snapper fillets
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt or 2 cloves fresh, crushed garlic
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Arrange fish in a single layer in a buttered shallow baking pan.
    Season with next 5 ingredients.
    Pour tomatoes over fish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Serves 4.
