Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef sirloin
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 1/4 c. beef stock or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
Preparation
    Cut beef sirloin in 1/4-inch strips.
    Coat meat with mixture of 1 tablespoon flour and salt.
    Heat cooking utensil over direct heat.
    Then add 2 tablespoons butter.
    When melted, cook sirloin strips quickly until brown on all sides.
    Add sliced mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Cook 3 or 4 minutes until onion is crisp-tender.
    Remove from pan.
