Chipped Ham Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 bottle ketchup
    3/4 c. water in empty bottle
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown the butter, celery and onion until tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Stir, simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Add 1 1/2 pounds Polish ham, sliced thin.
