Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    Ritz crackers
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2/3 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables and drain.
    Mix with celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Put into casserole dish and crumble Ritz crackers over evenly.
    Pour margarine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
