Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. baking powder
4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
Mix baking powder and cracker crumbs.
Add to mixture, alternating with milk, beating well.
After each addition, beat 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and coconut.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes in greased and floured cake pans.
Makes 3 layers.
