Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
1 small can diced green chilies
1 to 2 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. enchilada or taco seasoning mix
1 small can tomato paste
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 pkg. Co-Jack cheese, shredded

Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain.
Add seasoning mix, water and tomato paste according to directions on seasoning mix.
In a separate pot, heat (do not boil) sour cream, soup and diced chilies.
