Millionaire'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pie crusts, unbaked
    10 eggs
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    3 to 3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. whipping cream
    3 sticks butter, unsalted
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs for 10 minutes.
    Add vinegar, vanilla and sugar (beating after each addition).
    Then add flour.
    Pour in whipping cream, beating continuously.
    Then add butter and nuts.
    Mix well. Pour into shells.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or a little longer.
