Pecan Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. soft butter or margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. minced pecans
Preparation
    Sift the dry ingredients.
    Add butter or margarine and vanilla and work with spoon or hands until well blended.
    Add 2 c. pecans.
    Mix well.
    Form into 1 inch balls.
    Roll the balls in 1 c. pecans. Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until pale brown.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
