Pizza Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 or 4 garlic cloves
    4 lb. onions
    4 hot peppers
    1 pt. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes and garlic together until soft, then strain by putting through a vegetable grinder.
    Put onions and peppers through food chopper, then put in skillet with oil, oregano and basil; cook 1/2 hour.
    Then cook all together.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Cook this all for 1 hour.
    Put in clean jars and seal. This is very good to use with your tomato paste for spaghetti.
