Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. crackers, crushed
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion in 4 tablespoons oleo until soft.
    Stir in flour; add water.
    Cook over low heat until thickened and comes to a boil.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine cheese sauce and broccoli; add eggs and mix gently.
    Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with crushed crackers.
    Dot with remaining oleo.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
