Melt In Your Mouth Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking]powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 egg
4 Tbsp. melted fat
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Grease muffin cups.
Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Beat egg, but not too much.
Add milk and melted fat to egg.
Pour egg mixture into bowl with flour.
Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly blended.
Fill muffin cups half full.
