Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
    garlic powder (optional)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix and pour into 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Top with more crumbs and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, until bubbly and brown.
