Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
    1 to 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. poppy seed (if desired)
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook chicken tender and remove bones and skin. Lay bite size pieces of chicken in bottom of casserole. Blend soups and sour cream and spread over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes.
