Tuna Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pear tomatoes, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna in oil
    10 anchovy filets, chopped
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add parsley to tuna.
    Set aside.
    In skillet, add anchovies with oil and fry for a few minutes.
    Add chopped tomatoes and simmer.
    When most of liquid is absorbed, add tuna mixture, salt and pepper and cook 5 more minutes.
    Pour over hot cooked, drained pasta.
