Night Before French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices French, Vienna or Italian bread, cut 3/4-inch thick
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. Marnier or orange juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange bread in single layer in baking dish.
    In medium bowl with eggbeater, beat eggs with milk, orange juice, sugar, vanilla and salt until blended.
    Pour over bread.
    Turn slices to coat evenly.
    Refrigerate.
    Cover overnight.
    Fry in butter and enjoy. Makes 4 servings.
