Sausage And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large onions
    2 green peppers, cut into chunks
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Zinfandel wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 (28 oz.) cans Italian whole tomatoes, drained
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. freshly chopped oregano and basil or 2 tsp. each if dried
Preparation
    Thinly slice onions.
    Saute onions, green peppers and garlic in olive oil.
    Transfer to a large pot and set aside.
