Raisin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
2 c. water
1/2 c. butter or 1/3 c. oil
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a large saucepan boil raisins and water for 10 minutes. Then add butter or oil.
Let mixture cool.
Add flour, soda, salt, sugar and spices into cooled mixture in pan and mix.
Add nuts if you like.
