Chicken Biscuit Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. oleo
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
15 oz. chicken broth (canned or from cooking chicken)
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked peas, drained
1 c. carrots, cooked and drained
1 can (10) refrigerator biscuits
Preparation

Melt oleo in 10-inch skillet.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add chicken broth and milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add cubed chicken, onion, peas and carrots.
Simmer until hot.
Pour in baking dish.
Arrange biscuits over top of chicken mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0 until biscuits are browned.
