Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, salt, pepper, onion, sour cream and cheese. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix crushed cornflakes and margarine; top the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
