Pasta With A Kick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
    1 lb. linguini, cooked
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic, red pepper flakes and salt. Cook 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and their liquid. Cook 15 minutes. Toss with pasta and parsley in a large serving bowl.
    Makes 4 servings.
