Butterscotch Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecan meats, cut in pieces
Preparation
    Add brown sugar to melted butter.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture.
    Stir in pecan meats.
    Fill well-greased muffin pan 2/3 full and place a pecan on top of each. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
