Microwaved Beefy Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. butter
dash of salt

Preparation

Remove skin from onion.
Cut a V-shape out of the top of the onion.
Place butter, bouillon cube and a dash of salt in top of the onion.
Place on a microwave plate.
Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until the onion begins to separate.
