Popover Chicken-Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine
Preparation
    Brown the cut up chicken in the 2 tablespoons oil.
    Beat eggs; add 1 1/2 cups milk and 1 tablespoon oil, then add flour and salt. Pour over chicken which is placed in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan when browned.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with Easy Mushroom Sauce.
