Molded Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cans white chicken
2 cans chicken broth
2 pkg. plain gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 small bottle green stuffed olives, chopped
pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in chicken broth.
Soften cream cheese and add to chicken broth mixture.
Refrigerate until starting to congeal, then add the chicken, nuts and olives.
Place in a mold and refrigerate.
Place cranberry sauce in center to garnish (optional).
